CrunchTime! has an immediate opening for an Accountant/Office Administrator to join our finance and administration team, reporting directly to the Controller.  This person will perform a wide variety of Accounting and Office Administration functions.  The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of accounting fundamentals as well as experience supporting an office environment.



  • ·          Full Cycle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • ·          Bank Account Reconciliations
  • ·          General Ledger Entries & Account Reconciliations
  • ·          Participate in month-end closing procedures
  • ·          Provide assistance in preparation of forecasts and annual budgets
  • ·          Payroll processing
  • ·          Special projects as needed
  • ·          Customary office administration tasks



  • ·          Minimum 1 year prior experience working in the bookkeeping/accounting/finance field
  • ·          Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • ·          Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
  • ·          Must be detail-oriented
  • ·          Flexible work style that allows you to address daily situations that require attention
  • ·          Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • ·          Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
  • ·          Proficient with MS Office Applications, particularly MS Excel
  • ·          Prior experience with Peachtree or Quickbooks is desired but not required
